100th Annual District Convention Comes to a Close

At the 100th Annual District Convention for the New England and Bermuda District of Kiwanis, delegates voted Elyse Denorfia of the Kiwanis Club of West Hartford, CT, to be its governor for the 2018-2019 year which begins on October 1, 2018. In the race for governor-elect, John Falconer of the Kiwanis Club of Colebrook, NH prevailed. John J. Maihos of the Kiwanis Club of Beverly, MA was confirmed as District Secretary, and William T. Jenkins of the Kiwanis Club of Bourne/Wareham, MA was confirmed as District Treasurer. Also installed on Saturday night were the district’s lieutenant governors and committee chairs by International Trustee Dick Olmstead of Lancaster, CA, and International Trustee Designate, George Delisle of Westfield, MA.
