Subject: Cancellation Letter
I must announce., with deep regret, that the New England and Bermuda District has been forced to cancel this year’s Fall Training / Mini-DCON conference due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in the Nashua area. That said, the conference and conventions team will handle cancellation of ALL the room reservations for you. We will begin the process to refund 100% of prepaid fees to registrants for the conference. In this time of uncertainty, I would love to visit individual clubs either in person or virtually. Club presidents and/or secretaries can contact me directly to arrange a visit. If you have any issues with room cancellations of refunds to the convention. Please call me anytime. Please stay safe and make sure your club meets regularly – either in-person or virtually.
